Returns & Replace
As our products are manufactured according to your request and the specifications you request, our products are not refundable or replaced unless they are not in conformity with the specifications that were agreed upon with you when ordering by shopping through our website. Shipping
Al-Rashad Polystyrene provides shipping services for products inside Saudi Arabia and some countries outside Saudi Arabia at additional charges calculated upon completion of the orders process through our website. It varies according to the city and the type of shipping method. The delivery date is determined for the customer after the completion of the orders by the customers on our website by sending an email to the customer.
Note that shipping inside Dammam and Al Khobar is free for all our customer for orders above 2000 SAR (Two Thousand Saudi Riyal).
